Spirit Day: Superhero / Disney Day
Wednesday is Spirit Day. Wear black and yellow, or show extra spirit by wearing your favorite Superhero/Disney clothing or costume!

Halloween Parade
Jackson Ave Elementary Halloween Parade! Students wear your costumes! Parents and guardians join your students on the blacktop right after drop-off at 8:35 AM.
Spirit Day: Crazy Hair/Hat Day
Wednesday is Spirit Day. Wear black and yellow, or show extra spirit by wearing a crazy hairdo or hat to school!
Fun Run Fundraiser Kick-Off
The Fun Run is our biggest fundraiser of the year! TK-5 students run laps and collect donations to earn money for our school. Donations help fund Jackson Ave assemblies, classroom supplies, programs, and technology.
PTO Meeting

Family Movie Night
It's Movie Night at Jackson Ave! Come watch Dog Man (2025) Friday, October 3rd at 6pm in the MPR. FREE admission, $1 popcorn, candy, water. Bring blankets and/or low lawn chairs.
Picture Day
Tuesday Sept. 23rd is picture day at Jackson Ave. Don’t forget to look your best!
Community Service Day at Jackson Ave
Saturday Sept 20th is Community Service Day! Come out to Jackson Ave Elementary to help keep our school beautiful. 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM. If you can, please bring gloves, rakes, brooms, wheelbarrows, shovels, and pruners.
First Day of Running Club
Running Club (RC) starts Friday, September 19th! We’re excited for another great year!

Ice Cream Social
Join us this Friday for our welcome back Ice Cream Social! Come meet other Jackson families and enjoy FREE ice cream sundaes hand-scooped by Jackson Avenue teachers, staff, and volunteers.

Frozen Treat Sales
Frozen Treat Sales Wednesdays 1:30pm. Beginning Aug 27 in the MPR. Most selections are $1, small popsicles 50 cents.
New Family Welcome Breakfast
For all new families to Jackson Ave; come to the school garden directly after school starts for our “New Family Welcome Breakfast”, hosted by the Jackson Ave PTO.
